When you use the contact form, call, or email, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your situation or inquiry. We do not collect anything else, and this website does not run advertising or tracking of any kind.

Please do not include protected health information (PHI) or anything covered by HIPAA in your messages through this website. Consultations are operational and regulatory in nature, and it is safest to keep resident-level details out of email and web forms entirely. If a matter requires sharing specifics, we will handle it through an appropriate channel.

Your information is used only to respond to you, prepare for consultations, and deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Contact form submissions are delivered to Malik Senior Care Consulting's email at info@malikscc.com and retained only as long as needed to serve you or as required for business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

This website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and it does not share anything with data brokers or ad networks. The only thing stored on your device is a single essential item in your browser that remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie notice, so the notice stops reappearing. It contains no personal information. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings, and the site will keep working normally.

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the site is hosted by Lovable, which keeps standard server logs. There are no social media pixels, no advertising tags, and no session recording of any kind on this site.

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails, and we never add you to a mailing list. You will only hear from us in reply to you or about an engagement you asked for. If we ever start sending anything else, every message will carry a one click unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out any time by replying with the word stop or emailing info@malikscc.com.

This website is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we ask that people under 18 not submit information through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@malikscc.com and we will delete it promptly.

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, for any reason, and you do not have to explain why. Email info@malikscc.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request, or call 651-703-5548. Include the name, email address, or phone number you used to contact us so we can find your records.

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then write back to confirm it is done. There is no charge. The only things we keep are records we are legally required to retain, such as signed agreements and payment records for completed engagements, and we will tell you plainly if anything falls into that category. You may also ask for a copy of what we hold or ask us to correct it.
