Refund & Cancellation Policy

The first conversation costs nothing. There is no card on file, no obligation, and no charge if we decide I am not the right fit for your situation.

The Foundations session is $150 for one 90 minute session plus a personalized written summary. Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice and you receive a full refund or a new date, whichever you prefer. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or a missed session with no notice, are not refundable because the time was held for you. If the session has already happened and you feel it did not deliver what was promised, tell me within 7 days and I will make it right or refund you.

Application Assistance, Survey Readiness, Turnaround, Interim Director, and Director of Record engagements are governed by a signed written agreement that sets the fee, the scope, and the payment schedule. Those engagements are typically paid in full or by deposit before work begins.

If you cancel before any work has started, you receive a full refund. If you cancel after work has started, you are refunded the portion of the fee that covers work not yet performed, and we will go over that calculation together in writing. If I have to step away from an engagement for any reason, you are refunded for all work not delivered.

Ongoing compliance check-ins are offered at no cost, so there is nothing to refund and you can stop at any time.

You will never be charged anything you did not agree to in advance. There are no setup fees, no automatic renewals, no subscriptions, and no card stored on file. Travel or third party costs, such as state filing fees, are only ever billed if you approve them in writing first.
