Malik Senior Care Consulting provides operational and regulatory consulting for Minnesota 144G assisted living operators. Services include education sessions, application assistance, survey readiness, ongoing compliance support, and interim director engagements. Each paid engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Abdimalik (Malik) Mohamud is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site or shared in a consultation is legal, tax, insurance, or architectural advice. For those matters, please work with a licensed professional in that field.

Licensure decisions, survey results, and correction order outcomes are made by the Minnesota Department of Health and other regulators, not by this practice. Guidance is based on experience and current understanding of the requirements, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share, for meeting filing deadlines, and for the final decisions you make about your business and your residents. Timely cooperation is needed for any engagement to move forward as planned.

Standard email, including messages sent through the contact form on this site, is not encrypted end to end. Please do not include protected health information (HIPAA), resident identifiers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents in email or the contact form. If a matter requires sharing that kind of detail, we will arrange an appropriate secure channel before anything is exchanged.

Fees listed on this site are current estimates and may change. The fee, scope, payment schedule, and cancellation terms for your engagement are set in your signed agreement. Paid engagements generally begin once payment terms are met.

There are no setup fees, subscriptions, automatic renewals, or charges you did not agree to in advance. Cancellations and refunds are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Information you share about your operation is treated as confidential and used only to serve you, unless disclosure is required by law.

The content, branding, and materials on this site belong to Malik Senior Care Consulting and may not be copied or redistributed for commercial use without permission. Content is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
