Application Assistance

We walk the application with you, step by step.

Hands-on guidance through the Minnesota Department of Health licensure process. We connect you with the right resources for every stage of the application and sit down and work through the physical application form with you line by line. We also help get the physical site ready, walk you through obtaining your certificate of occupancy, and make sure you are lined up with the rest of the MDH requirements. If something needs to be adjusted before you file or before a surveyor walks in, we will tell you straight so you can fix it in time. If you need a Licensed Assisted Living Director on file, we will try to make an introduction to someone qualified.
